Your account

You sign in with Google or an email link. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Give us true details.

One phone number or WhatsApp number can belong to one OyaSite account. If a number is already on another account, chat with us on WhatsApp and we will sort it out.

Your website and your content

You own what you put on your website. You give us permission to host and show it so your website works. You promise that your text, photos and prices are true and that you have the right to use them.

AI helps write your website. Please read it before you go live. You are responsible for what it says about your business. We do not invent customer reviews. Reviews on your website come from real customers only.

Free trial

You can go live free for 48 hours, once. A phone number, an account or a phone or browser that has already used a trial cannot start another. After 48 hours your website pauses unless you pick a plan.

Plans and payment

Plans: Solo ₦5,000 a month (or ₦50,000 a year), Pro ₦12,000 a month (or ₦120,000 a year), Studio ₦30,000 a month (or ₦300,000 a year). A year costs ten months. Prices are in Naira. Payments go through Paystack by card, bank transfer or USSD.

If a plan ends we keep your website live for 7 more days. After that it pauses. A paused website shows a simple holding page with your WhatsApp button. We do not delete your website or data when it pauses. Paying again brings it back.

Payments for plans are not refundable once a plan period has started, except where the law says otherwise.

Your own domain

A custom domain is part of Pro and Business. A domain you buy yourself belongs to you. If we buy one for you, we tell you the price first and charge a setup fee.

Orders and money between you and your customers

Customers who order on your website are your customers. You are responsible for filling orders, for delivery and for refunds. OyaSite does not sell your goods and is not a party to those sales. If you turn on online payments (Business), money goes to your own Paystack account.

Connected apps

You can connect apps such as BizKlarity. You choose what they can see and you can disconnect any time in Me, Connected apps.

What you may not do

Do not use OyaSite for anything illegal, for scams, for fake or misleading offers, or for anything that harms other people. We may pause a website that breaks these rules.

If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep OyaSite running but we cannot promise it will never be down. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for lost sales or indirect loss. Nothing here limits your rights under Nigerian law.

Changes and ending

You can delete your account at any time in Me, Privacy and data. We may update these terms and will tell you about important changes.
